In Europe, each individual's agricultural activities are guaranteed through a quota URL system. This is why the Cooperative Federation is working with the government by creating cooperatives for each item. Taking sweet potatoes as an example, each farmer's actual URL farm area is divided by the percentage of the total production that the federation aims for this year.
